I’m Vlad Mihălăchioiu, and I’ve been working in the hospitality industry for over 10 years. During this time, I’ve coordinated more than 1,000 events—from private meetings and strategic or networking workshops to large-scale parties with thousands of attendees and dozens of vendors, both in Romania and abroad.
I’ve created concepts for brands known for demanding standards: Bentley, Porsche, Lamborghini, Chanel, Dior, Vodafone, OMV, Edenred, as well as for government institutions, law firms, and local brands. Every event has been treated as a unique moment—carefully planned and delivered with strong execution standards.

Designed for corporate, private, or creative events, The N Space offers 350 m² thoughtfully planned: two fully adaptable halls, a lounge area, abundant natural light, professional equipment, and a team that has delivered over 1,000 events with precision.

A strategic location in northern Bucharest, near Herăstrău Park, between the Arc de Triomphe and Charles de Gaulle Square. The venue offers parking and is close to Aviatorilor metro station, making access easy for guests and technical crews.

the N Space features Romania’s first transparent display totem, and all equipment is already available on-site: a 7 m² professional LED screen, LED roll-ups, a MAUI 1000W professional sound system, Sennheiser wireless microphones, projector, stage, architectural lighting, a flipchart, and tables with digital displays. Everything is ready to support presentations, projections, speeches, and brand activations.

In 2025, inspired by a trip to New York, I decided to bring a new event-space concept to Romania: The N Space—an events venue set inside a modern office building, with business-grade infrastructure, modular design, and abundant natural light. A place built for visionary brands, ambitious teams, and communities that want more.
I’m also the founder of the Romanian Business Club, a highly active community of entrepreneurs in Romania, created for those building businesses from 0 to €1 million in annual revenue. With over 500 active members and hundreds of meetings hosted, RBC connects, educates, and inspires the next generation of Romanian founders.
